This is generally carried out with you on site, to discuss your landscaping ideas, needs and budget. This will take about one hour.
Following the initial scoping meeting, a proposal will be sent to you outlining the scope of works, design brief and a design fee estimate.
Acceptance of the written proposal
When the proposal has been accepted, a contract will be sent to you with an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the estimated design fee.
Site measure and analysis
Once the contract has been signed and you have paid the deposit, design work will begin with a basic site measure and site analysis.
Preparation of concept plan
A draft landscape concept plan will be prepared and presented to you for feedback at an on-site meeting. Indicative costings for implementation can be provided at this point.
Refined concept plan
In response to your feedback, the plan is updated and refined, and presented to you for acceptance.
Following acceptance of the refined plan, the plan is then costed by one of our estimators and prices presented to you.
During implementation, the scope of works may be changed by you or altered in response to specific conditions discovered on-site. In these instances, your approval of this additional work will be sought prior to it being carried out. If planning or resource permission is required, our detailed site plans are prepared to the necessary standard.
